It’s styling from the inside out. It’s connecting deeply to your soul. It’s transforming some of that pain and transmuting it into pleasure. It’s a spiritual process if you allow it to be awakened within you. It also assists with your mental health too!

Here are some aspects I’ve seen in my own life and the lives of my clients (all ages, different sexual orientations and gender expressions and lifestyles).

I encourage everyone to play with your own personal style and reform your inner life. I am here to guide you into that process.

Playback Theatre is a unique form of improvisational theatre in which audience members volunteer stories from their lives and see them played back on the spot. I’m so thankful to be a member of People’s Playback Theatre Company and grow in my skills as an actor.
